HIGH RISE, LOW EXPECTATIONS is a limited-edition A4 print exploring the overlooked corners of British estate life — concrete blocks, boarded windows, graffiti, discarded toys and the small details that somehow still carry character.
 
At the centre, a lone kid stands with a paint roller and bucket, facing a worn-down block that has become its own canvas. The piece mixes nostalgia, humour and social commentary, turning an ordinary estate scene into something that feels familiar, uncomfortable and strangely beautiful.
Printed on 200gsm matte, each print is individually hand signed and numbered from an edition of just 50.
Every print is supplied with both a physical Certificate of Authenticity and a digital COA, giving the artwork a permanent authentication record.
