By purchasing from www.stanleymillz.com or www.unapologeticart.co.uk, you agree to the following:

Orders & Payment

• All artworks are sold on a first-come basis.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe). We do not store payment card details.

Authenticity

​

• Every original comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. If it doesn’t come from us, it’s not Millz.

• All artworks are one-of-a-kind unless stated otherwise.

 

Shipping

​

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• UK: Under £50 ships Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Over £100 ships Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

• International: Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Import duties/fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Once shipped, delivery times are beyond our control.

 

Returns/Refunds

• Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

• Refunds/replacements only apply if the wrong item is sent or if the artwork arrives damaged.

Intellectual Property
All images, artworks, and designs are the property of Stanley Millz. No reproduction or resale without permission.

Liability
We are not liable for postal delays, customs holds, or misuse of our products after delivery.

​Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are shipped as fast as possible with the aim of shipping the same day if the order is completed by 2pm (Monday-Friday) all orders are  guaranteed to shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom or pre-order items may take longer.

UK Shipping

• Free Royal Mail 48 Tracked (order value below £100)

• Royal Mail 24 Tracked/Special delivery by 1pm (Order value over £100)

International Shipping

• All international orders ship via Royal Mail International Tracked.

• Customs fees/import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking
Tracking info is provided once your order is dispatched.

Lost/Damaged Orders

• If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork.

• If your order is marked as delivered by the courier but not received, please raise it with Royal Mail or your local courier. We’ll assist, but cannot be held liable once delivery is confirmed.

 

Disclaimer

• All artworks by Stanley Millz / Unapologetic Art are created on genuine U.S. currency. Once altered, the notes are transformed into original works of art and are no longer legal tender.

• Each piece is sold strictly as art, not as currency. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the artwork cannot be used as money.

• This practice complies with UK law, where it is legal to sell altered banknotes as long as they are not presented or attempted to be used as legal tender.

• Every piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming its originality and status as artwork.

• No guarantee is made that the artwork will appreciate in value — pieces are sold as collectibles and expressions of art only.

In short: it’s not money anymore, it’s Millz.
